Pressure switches for gas
DG..C monitors the increasing or decreasing positive pressureof natural gas, town gas, LPG, flue gas, biologically producedmethane and air e.g. on a gas control line. If the gas pressureeither exceeds or falls short of a set switching point, an NOcontact or a change-over contact will switch in the pressureswitch. With the DG.. VC, the switching point may be adjustedusing a hand wheel, see page 17 (Adjusting range, switchinghysteresis). The DG..VC is suitable for heating boilers, forexample, which are operated with LPG as well as natural gas. Inthe case of the double pressure switch DG../..VC, the minimumand maximum switching point can be set on two hand wheels.Using this function, a system is controlled to prevent gasdeficiencies and excess gas pressure. For pressure control itrequires only one gas connection. The electrical connectionscan be fed in from one direction.
